Support & helplines

If the night is heavy.

Mythrae is a wellness house, not therapy and not medical advice. Some nights ask for more than we can give. If yours does, here is where to turn, any hour, anywhere.

When the world shuts down for the night, the quiet can make big thoughts feel louder than they really are. If you are lying awake feeling lonely or empty, please know this: it is often the hour, not you. Things almost always look more manageable in the morning.

But some nights carry more than a busy mind. If yours do, please don’t keep it for the dark. You do not have to carry it alone, and you do not have to wait until morning.

Talk to someone: a doctor, a person you trust, or one of the free, confidential helplines below. They are answered by people trained to listen, at any hour, and it is always okay to reach out. You do not need to be in crisis to call.

No app or product is a substitute for that, and Mythrae is not one. When it comes to the heavy stuff, please lean on the organisations built to help.

If you are in immediate danger, or worried someone else is: Call 999 in the UK, 911 in the USA, or your local emergency number. If you can, go to your nearest A&E or emergency room. This page lists support lines, not emergency services.
