Bespoke digital creations — the point of no return
Before you submit your prompt: you may cancel your order at any point for a full refund.
After you submit your prompt: the moment your details reach The Scribe, the authoring process begins. Because this is a bespoke, custom-generated digital service, the right to cancel or refund the digital component is permanently forfeited on submission.
Instant digital library
When you purchase a pre-authored story or audio file directly from our library, access is granted immediately. By completing your purchase you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel is waived the moment the order is confirmed.
Physical Mythrae boxes — hygiene & cosmetics
Physical boxes contain intimate cosmetic items. For strict health, safety and hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only if the internal semi-translucent casing, bespoke wax seal, and tamper-evident security seals remain entirely unbroken.
You may open the external shipping box and the internal presentation box to view the sealed product. But if any internal seal or casing is broken, torn, or tampered with, the product is legally classed as unsealed for hygiene purposes and is non-refundable.
To initiate an eligible return of an unsealed box within 14 days of delivery, contact hello@mythrae.com with your order number.
