When it’s thin or oversold — most “aphrodisiacs”, certain aromatherapy claims, the more viral colours of noise — we say that too. Mythrae will never claim to treat, cure or diagnose anything. We’re a wellness house. That’s where the integrity lives.

The most useful technique in our audio is the one you never hear named. Instructions are alerting. Narrative is settling. Our sleep pieces embed the science inside language that asks nothing of you — sentence shapes that breathe with the body, pauses that fall where your own exhale would. The craft is in the prose, not in a lecture about prose.

It plays through whatever you already own and asks for nothing in return. The goal was never your attention; it was your absence. The truest sign a piece worked is that you don’t remember it ending.
