Absolute discretion through The Scribe
For our bespoke story service, your narrative is authored entirely by The Scribe — our dedicated artificial intelligence model. When you submit a prompt, it is processed securely by The Scribe to craft your piece. No human eyes read, review, or judge your raw inputs. You have the freedom to explore, secure in the knowledge that your inner world stays your own.
What we collect
If you join the wind-down list — your email address and the date you signed up. Nothing more. Our email is handled by Kit (formerly ConvertKit).
If you place an order — your name, billing address and delivery details, processed securely through our store provider strictly to fulfil your order, manage your account, and deliver your product.
If you submit a creative prompt — your submission is used solely to generate your unique piece.
The firewall between your inputs and your identity
We maintain a strict separation between your creative input and your personal identity, in line with UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) standards. Once your final product is delivered, the original prompt is completely unlinked from your personal identity and customer profile.
How The Scribe learns
To refine The Scribe’s authoring and expand our universe of stories, the underlying themes of completed pieces may be securely archived. Before this happens, our system automatically strips all personal or structural identifiers to ensure total anonymity. These de-identified themes help The Scribe write more beautifully and may inspire broad, anonymous story arcs for our general library. Your specific prompt and identity will never be published, sold, or tied to any public work.
Special category data
Information relating to your intimate life or health is a special category under UK GDPR (Article 9). Where you provide it — for example, in a bespoke prompt or a personalised audio intake — we request explicit, unbundled consent at the point of collection; the data is encrypted at rest; we publish retention windows and an automatic erasure schedule; and you can revoke consent and delete your data at any time.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site and store to function securely — adding items to a cart, checking out, accessing your library. We use anonymised performance analytics that do not collect identifiable personal data. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent checkout.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@mythrae.com and we will act within 30 days.
