Every Mythrae box is dispatched in entirely unbranded, discreet packaging. Privacy and reliability are paramount.
Delivery timeframes (UK)
Standard secure delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
Premium expedited — Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Arrives the next working day after dispatch.
The bespoke fulfilment process
Because your Mythrae experience is custom-crafted, the physical and digital halves move in tandem:
The physical dispatch. On purchase, your box is prepared and dispatched. Nestled securely inside is a bespoke QR code linking to your private audio channel.
The digital authoring. While your box is in transit, The Scribe authors your submitted piece and produces the high-fidelity audio.
The synchronisation. We finalise and upload your bespoke audio to your private channel before your box arrives. When you break the seal and scan your secure QR code, your piece is waiting.
International shipping
At this time, Mythrae serves customers within the United Kingdom. We are finalising international logistics and will expand to the United States and other regions in the near future.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your external shipping box arrives damaged, or tracking indicates a lost parcel, contact hello@mythrae.com immediately. We will liaise with the courier and arrange a discreet replacement. Please note we cannot process replacements for damaged external shipping materials if the internal presentation box and security seals remain pristine and intact.
